With total investment of more than USD 200 million, two new secondary projects at Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park have been completed and are ready for inauguration to celebrate Quang Ninh becoming a centrally governed city.
After more than 10 months of construction on an area of over 26 hectares, the YingGuang yarn manufacturing plant has completed its production workshops, raw material warehouses, auxiliary facilities and technical infrastructure in a coordinated manner. The project’s yarn production system has been invested in with a modern, fully automated approach and has been in operation since early August 2026. With around 71,000 spindles, the plant can produce approximately 170 tonnes per day, mainly yarn made from 100% natural cotton.
Meanwhile, the HuaMao chemical fibre fabric manufacturing facility project is also completing its final components. The project has total investment of VND 3.151 trillion and is being built on an area of more than 11 hectares. The plant produces outdoor functional fabrics, protective workwear fabrics and high-tech textile products, with a designed capacity of 48 million metres of fabric per year, providing employment for nearly 2,000 workers.
