From August 26 to 30, 2026, Quang Ninh will attend the 20th Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Expo (ITE HCMC 2026), to be held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
The provincial delegation will be led by a representative of the Quang Ninh Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centre and will include representatives of the Ha Long Bay – Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board, as well as tourism and service businesses from across the province. Under the theme “Quang Ninh – One Journey, Two World Heritage Sites,” the province's 36-square-metre joint pavilion will showcase its tourism potential, strengths and signature tourism products. It will also feature distinctive OCOP products and offer visitors immersive VR 360 degree virtual reality experiences of Ha Long Bay, Yen Tu and Co To. In addition to business-to-business (B2B) networking activities, the Quang Ninh delegation will hold a thematic working session with the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Centre on the morning of August 28 to strengthen tourism route and destination linkages between Quang Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City, while expanding cooperation with other localities. Participation in ITE HCMC 2026 aimed at enhancing the Quang Ninh tourism brand, while providing local tourism businesses with opportunities to connect directly with major partners and travel companies, expand their markets and promote business cooperation.
