On the morning of September 6, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hue City People’s Committee and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, organised the 2026 Vietnam–Japan Local Cooperation Forum.

To celebrate the establishment of Quang Ninh City, Quang Ninh Province held a ceremony to present investment decisions for 16 major projects, with total investment capital of over VND 16 trillion.
