On Oct. 18, in Ha Long City, the Department of Tourism of Quang Ninh, the Quang Ninh Tourism Association and the Tourism Association of several provinces in the North, Central and South regions, travel businesses, and travel agencies, together signed an agreement on setting up a Tourism Stimulus Alliance.
The alliance includes 36 members including 4 tourism service providers: Sun Group, Indochina Cruise Company Limited, the Union Hotel , Vietfoot Travel and 32 travel agencies. This organization planned to implement the campaign to promote the Eastern Northwest inter-travel from October 2020 to March 2021.
Under the agreement, tourism service providers are responsible for ensuring a full range of tourism products, updating and recommending policies, and solutions to support travel businesses so as to effectively and sustainably exploit local tourism products, as well as timely providing preferential and flexible local stimulus campaigns.
Travel businesses are expected to carry out their committed promotion campaigns, distribute promotional campaign packages to their sales channels, exploit and develop suppliers’s products and give timely and effective response to relevent policies.
