Awards Presented at the 2026 National People's Security Force Mass Art Festival

On the evening of June 21, at the Vietnam - Japan Labour Culture Palace in Hong Gai Ward, the Ministry of Public Security held a closing ceremony, awards presentation and gala performance featuring outstanding acts from the 2026 People's Security Force Mass Art Festival under the theme “80 Years of the People's Security Force – The Golden Pages of History Shine On”. The festival was organised as a meaningful activity in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security Force (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2026).

Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presents Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Public Security to collectives and individuals for their outstanding contributions to the effective organization and implementation of the 2026 People's Public Security Mass Arts Festival.

Held in Quang Ninh Province from June 18 to 23, the 2026 People's Security Force Mass Art Festival brought together nearly 900 officers, soldiers and performers from 21 amateur art troupes representing public security units, local police forces and the Vietnam People's Army. The festival featured 120 carefully choreographed and professionally staged performances celebrating the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh, patriotism, and the proud traditions of the People's Public Security Force and the Vietnam People's Army.

The Organizing Committee presents flags to seven performing arts delegations in recognition of their outstanding artistic programs.

At the awards ceremony, the Minister of Public Security presented Certificates of Merit to six collectives and nine individuals. The Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee also awarded Certificates of Merit to six collectives and six individuals.

The Organizing Committee awards Category A certificates to 23 performances recognized for their excellence.

The Organising Committee awarded certificates to 15 outstanding, promising and talented performers. In addition, 45 C prizes were presented to performances of good quality, 34 B prizes to performances of high quality, and 23 A prizes to performances rated as outstanding.

The Organising Committee also awarded flags to seven art troupes with outstanding programmes, seven troupes with excellent programmes and seven troupes with good programmes. Among them, the Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security Art Troupe and the Art Troupe of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command were honoured with flags recognising them as troupes with outstanding artistic programmes at the festival.
