The Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board is working with relevant agencies to reopen Soi Sim Beach to visitos at the earliest time.
Infrastructure, safety measures, rescue and emergency response systems, as well as operational management arrangements, are being reviewed to ensure that sightseeing and swimming activities can be conducted safely and orderly. Located on Ha Long Bay’s Route No. 2, Soi Sim, known for its unspoilt natural scenery, has recently been included in the list of the world’s 100 most beautiful beaches in 2026 by a US-based beach ranking organisation. The reopening of Soi Sim Beach is expected to diversify visitor experiences and provide an additional beach destination for tourists during the peak summer season.
