At the seminar, CTIN and NGA911 presented modern operations centre models currently deployed around the world. They also shared approaches to applying technologies such as digital mapping, real-time data, artificial intelligence (AI), incident management platforms and unified command-and-control systems to support management, monitoring and safety assurance in large-scale areas involving multiple stakeholders and requiring coordination among various agencies.

NGA911 experts introduced their experience in implementing information reception, command and coordination support systems in the United States, the Philippines and several other countries. These solutions help enhance coordination among relevant agencies and facilitate the real-time handling of incidents and emerging situations.

The seminar provided a useful reference for the Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board in researching, assessing and exploring technology solutions aligned with digital transformation goals, as well as the conservation and promotion of the values of the Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage site in the coming years.
