Tourism and service businesses in Quang Ninh province have already carried out essential measures in line with all regulations on Covid-19 prevention so as to resume their operation from March 11.
Previously, the Standing Committe of the provincial Party decided to reopen inter-provincial transport activities (except for vehicles from and to Hai Duong province), tourism services welcoming tourists from provinces throughout the country (except for Covid-19 affected localities that are applying measures of blockade and isolation under the Prime Minister's Directives No.15 and No. 16), and commercial establishments such as cinemas, bars, pubs, internet services, electronic games, discotheques, and karaoke parlors.
All these businesses must strictly comply with the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control measures under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, Quang Ninh province.
Notably, the district of Dong Trieu which used to be a Covid-19 hotspot has yet to be allowed to repopen the above-mentioned activites.
