Quang Ninh greeted more than 16,800 travellers last Saturday and Sunday, representing an increase of nearly 2,500 visitors in comparison with that of the previous week, according to the Department of Tourism.
The number of tourists visiting Ha Long bay during the daytime and overnight reached approximately 4,700 and 1,846 respectively. Roughly 1,270 ones visited the national special relic site of Yen Tu, and 3,915 travelers came to the Quang Ninh Museum and so on.
The total quantity of visitors staying overnight at tourist accommodation establishments across the province in two days was about 3,900.
Many companies in field of tourism and services have also re-activated their business, carried out various promotion programs, built their own stimulus products which ensure service quality and meet the requirements of disease preventation.
