Quang Ninh greeted more than 111,000 travellers last Saturday and Sunday, according to the Department of Tourism.
The number of tourists visiting Ha Long bay during the daytime and overnight reached approximately 4,170 and over 940 respectively. Nearly 3,970 ones visited the national special relic site of Yen Tu, and roughly 4,650 travelers came to the Quang Ninh Museum and so on.
The total quantity of visitors staying overnight at tourist accommodation establishments across the province within two days was about 42,000.
In order to fullfil the province’s target of receiving 3 million tourist arrivals, companies in field of tourism and services have also re-activated their business, carried out various promotion programs, and built their own stimulus products which ensure service quality and meet the requirements of disease preventation.
