Quang Ninh greeted more than 16,800 traveller arrivals last Saturday and Sunday, according to the Department of Tourism.
The number of tourist arrivals to Ha Long bay during the daytime and overnight reached approximately 3,450 and over 2,000 respectively. More than 1,520 ones visited the national special relic site of Yen Tu, and roughly 3,960 came to the Quang Ninh Museum and so on.
The total quantity of visitors staying overnight at tourist accommodation establishments across the province within two days was about 10,800.
In order to fullfil the province’s target of receiving 3 million tourist arrivals, companies in the fields of tourism and services have also re-activated their business, carried out various promotion programs, and built their own stimulus products which ensure service quality and meet the requirements of disease preventation.
