According to the Department of Information and Communications, Quang Ninh has so far provided 494 out of 1,725, or about 30%, online public services at level 3 and 4 on the national public service portal; therefore, the province has become the leading supplier across the country.
Services supplied by Quang Ninh are related to investment, commercial promotion, natural resources and environment, labour, healthcare, industry and trade, transportation and so on.
The publication of online public services on the national public service portal has enabled individuals and businesses to submit dossiers anytime and anywhere, regardless of geographical distance and processing time. In addition, people and businesses have the possibility of looking up the process of handling their dossiers by inserting their receipt codes and receiving results via public postal services.
As scheduled, Quang Ninh province will continue simplifying more administrative procedures and provide 100% public services on the national portal in 2021.
The national public service portal, an electronic platform to connect the Government with people and enterprises, was officially opened nationwide on December, 2019. The portal at http://dichvucong.gov.vn consists of six components, namely national database on administrative procedures and the frequently asked questions and answers related to the procedures, on-time login and verification system to connect with ministerial and provincial-level public service portals, e-payment system, opinion section for citizens and enterprises, integrated public services of ministries, agencies and localities, and online supporting services.
