As reported by the Department of Health, as many as 150,981 cases in Quang Ninh have been tested since January 27. A new case recorded yesterday had been medically isolated.
The overall number of samples taken currently stands at 150,981, including 61 positive results and 53,809 negative results.
All suspected cases have been isolated in medical facilities or at home in line with regulations.
The new patient No. 2400 recorded on February 23 had been medically isolated in Dong Trieu town since January 18.
Among the 61 positive cases in Quang Ninh, 27 patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals last week and 33 have still been under treatment at Quang Ninh-based hospitals.
