On Oct.13, the provincial Party Secretary cum Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyen Xuan Ky sent congratulations to Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) on the anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneur’s Day.
The provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Ky expressed his appreciation towards VCCI’s active support for the province, especially in terms of investment climate improvement, enterprise development and competitiveness enhancement.
Informing the VCCI Chairman of the province’s current socio-economic situations, he underlined Quang Ninh’s constant efforts to pursuit defined economic growth targets, promote administrative renovation, and provide the local business community with timely support despite devastating effects of COVID-19 pandemic.
The locality has successfully organized the 15th Provincial Party Congress. The maintainance of the leading position nationwide concerning the provincial competitive index (PCI), public administration reform (PAR) index, Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS), and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI)” has officially been recognized as part of the congress resolution.
VCCI Chairman Vu Tien Loc applauded the success of Quang Ninh’s 15th Party Congress in the context of double development goals of containing the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and promoting economic growth.
He also highly appreciated that Quang Ninh put its position in the top group of PCI, PAR Index, SIPAS and PAPI indicators in the Resolution of the Congress. This showed the province’s political determination, aspiration and innovation spirit, building an integrity government of the people, by the people, for the people.
