First-ever Ha Long winter carnival celebrates new year

The first winter carnival themed "Brightening up wonders - Spreading the smile of Ha Long" attracted thousands of locals and tourists to Tuan Chau International Tourism Resort, Ha Long city on the first day of the new year 2021.

The winner of "Ha Long Beauty Contest 2018", Ms Nguyen Phuong Anh, has been among travel ambassadors of Quang Ninh tourism.
The carnival parade showcases a total of six performance sections, running with the theme of “Ha Long – the aspiration of flying dragons”.
