On July 3, at the Vu Van Hieu Cadre Training School, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held the closing ceremony for a training course for leadership and management officials from Houaphanh Province of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
This was the second training course for provincial-level leadership and management officials from Laos organised by the Vu Van Hieu Cadre Training School under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. Held from June 22 to July 3, the course brought together 30 leadership and management officials from Houaphanh Province. It contributed to implementing the 2022–2026 Cooperation Programme between Quang Ninh and Houaphanh, further strengthening the special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos while promoting practical, effective, and friendly cooperation between the two provinces.
