On July 8, the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council opened its sixth session, the regular mid-year meeting, to review and decide on a number of important issues.
During the two-day session, from July 8 to 9, the PPC will review reports on the province's socio-economic performance and the governance and administration of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee in the first half of 2026, while outlining tasks and solutions for the second half of the year. Delegates will also consider and adopt 19 high-impact resolutions regarding policies and mechanisms to support governance and administration in the second half of the year, further improve the institutional framework, and promptly institutionalize major new directives of the central government.
