On July 9, after two days of intensive, democratic, and responsible deliberations, the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council concluded its sixth session (the regular mid-year meeting) successfully completing its full agenda.
The session recorded 39 opinions during group and plenary discussions. With unanimous consensus, the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council adopted 24 resolutions 100% approval rate, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility to the Party cell, local authorities, voters, and people across the province. Notably, 19 of these resolutions focus on mechanisms, policies, and governance measures designed to drive the province's socio-economic development, implement this year's action theme, and improve people's living standards.
