On July 3, the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce the establishment of the Quang Ninh Intermediate School of Arts and Sports.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that nurturing generations of talented artists and athletes with professional excellence, strong character is a long-term mission that requires the commitment, dedication, and concerted efforts of the entire political system, educators, coaches, families, and society as a whole.
He expressed confidence that the Quang Ninh Intermediate School of Arts and Sports would nurture artists and athletes who excel professionally while demonstrating strong character, integrity, and a strong sense of social responsibility. They will become ambassadors promoting the image of Quang Ninh as a province rich in cultural identity, dynamism, modernity, and international integration.
