The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, opened the “Happy Vietnam 2026” Photo and Video Exhibition at the Quang Ninh Museum and Library.
The exhibition showcases 200 outstanding photo and video works that have reached the final round of the “Happy Vietnam” Human Rights Communications Awards over the past three years.
The works vividly portray everyday life, capture moments of kindness and community solidarity, and highlight Vietnam’s remarkable development achievements, offering an inspiring portrait of a happy, compassionate and sustainably developing Vietnam. The exhibition runs through June 28.
