At Thanh Cong Viet Hung automobile Plant—the first automobile factory in Quang Ninh Province and part of the Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automotive and Supporting Industry Complex, every vehicle undergoes a highly automated production chain with stringent quality control. From production lines to inspection areas, the entire process operates in accordance with European standards, ensuring high precision, consistency and reliability.
The plant has a designed capacity of 120,000 vehicles per year, applying advanced manufacturing technologies and strict quality control processes in line with Škoda Auto under the Volkswagen Group.The welding shop is equipped with a series of automated robots applying state-of-the-art seamless laser welding technology—a hallmark of Škoda Auto and the Volkswagen Group in vehicle body structure manufacturing.
The assembly shop integrates technologies commonly used by leading European automakers such as Volkswagen, BMW and Mercedes-Benz, ensuring high precision for every vehicle rolling off the line.The paint shop uses the exclusive Ro-dip E technology developed by Dürr, a global leader in automotive paint finishing systems.
Vehicles are then tested on downhill slopes.After completing production and inspection, Škoda models meeting European standards are released to the market, ready for delivery to customers.
