On June 26, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khang received representatives of MHGROUP and a delegation from the Arab Business Council led by its Chairman, Mr. Bassam Tabajah, during their visit to seek investment and cooperation opportunities in Quang Ninh Province.
At the reception, Chairman Bui Van Khang welcomed the Arab business delegation and reaffirmed Quang Ninh's commitment to providing investors with the most favorable conditions, together with the best support mechanisms and policies, to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of investment projects.
Mr. Bassam Tabajah expressed his hope that Quang Ninh would facilitate MHGROUP's proposal to study two large-scale investment projects: a Halal Industrial Park and Silicon City. The proposed developments include modern manufacturing, processing and logistics complexes, as well as a high-tech smart city featuring an advanced industrial ecosystem for the production of AI equipment, robots, drones, and autonomous aerial and marine vehicles.
He also expressed his hope that the province would continue to strengthen information exchange and business connectivity, creating favorable conditions for Arab enterprises to further explore opportunities, expand cooperation and turn investment proposals into concrete, long-term projects in Quang Ninh.
