During this year’s spring festival season, the sacred heritage site of Yen Tu has welcomed a sharp increase in visitor numbers. To improve service quality, a wide range of technology-based solutions has been implemented to modernize management operations and move toward building a smart tourism ecosystem.

Visitors to Yen Tu no longer need to queue for tickets as they did in the past. With a simple QR code scan, tourists can now book tickets and make online payments. The system also integrates a range of other services, including dining and electric shuttle vehicles, enabling visitors to access these services quickly and conveniently.
Alongside the completion of the e-ticketing system, an AI-powered camera monitoring system has also been piloted. The application of digital technologies is helping modernize management practices while enhancing the visitor experience, aiming to build a smart tourism ecosystem at Yen Tu. Digital transformation is considered an essential solution for destinations across Quang Ninh Province to adapt more quickly and better understand visitors’ needs. It also helps foster innovation in tourism products while creating a transparent, friendly, and attractive tourism environment.
