According to the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 20,000 invitation tickets will be issued for the opening concert of the 17th National Radio Festival – Quang Ninh 2026, themed “The Sound of a New Era”.
Registration will open at 7:00 p.m on April 7 via the official online portal https://quangninh.dangkyve.com and will remain available until all tickets have been allocated. Printed tickets will be collected by successful registrants from 8.30 a.m to 10 p.m on April 9–10 at the Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center. The show will be broadcast live on local channels QTV1 and QTV3, relayed across media, radio and television networks nationwide, aired live on the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) radio channels, and streamed on digital platforms.
