After three days of competition, the 10th Vietnam Junior Golf Championship - Hanwha Life Vietnam Junior Open 2026 concluded with Thai female golfer Vichayada Raemmuang winning the championship title. The tournament was organised by the Vietnam Golf Association in coordination with the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
This year's tournament attracted 109 golfers, including 10 international players, who competed over three days at Silk Path Dong Trieu Golf & Country Club in An Sinh Ward. Competitors took part in age categories ranging from Under-9 to Under-21.
Entering the final round with a seven-stroke lead, Vichayada Raemmuang maintained her consistent form throughout the tournament. After 54 holes, she finished with a score of 63-70-71 strockes (-12), thus convincingly winning the championship in this special season marking the 10th anniversary of the Vietnam Junior Open. Luu Dao Huy Nam sercure the runner-up position with a total score of 71-70-72 strokes (-3). Tied for third place were Pasit Ratakua (Thailand) and Nguyen Van Hoa (Vietnam), both with a total score of (-2).
Marking its milestone 10th edition, the Vietnam Junior Open continues to solidify its reputation as one of Vietnam's leading junior golf tournaments. The event continues to play an important role in discovering and nurturing young golfing talent while providing Vietnamese golfers with valuable opportunities to experience and elevate their professional skills through competing against international players.
