Starting April 25, a new coastal sightseeing tour of Ha Long Bay featuring traditional three-panel sailboats will officially be introduced.
In the initial phase, three boats will be put into operation, each accommodating up to 12 passengers. The route will run along the coastline from the Vincom area, passing Ha Long Beach before returning to the departure point. The service is expected to operate six trips per day, with each journey lasting approximately one hour. Under the project, a total of 10 newly built sailboats will eventually be introduced to serve visitors on Ha Long Bay. During the initial launch period, the tour will be offered free of charge to both residents and visitors. Showcasing Quang Ninh’s distinctive traditional sailing heritage, the tour is expected to become a standout experience and popular check-in spot on Ha Long Bay for visitors.
