In May 2026, Quang Ninh Province granted new investment registration certificates to three foreign-invested projects with total registered capital of USD 9.61 million, and approved a capital increase of USD 1 million for one existing project.
Cumulatively, since the beginning of 2026, the province has attracted more than USD 232 million in foreign direct investment (FDI). Of this total, 13 new projects were granted investment certificates with nearly USD 135 million in registered capital, while nine existing projects increased their investment capital by nearly USD 98 million. In 2026, Quang Ninh aims to attract more than USD 3 billion in FDI.
