Inspired by President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings, generations of workers and officials in Quang Ninh’s coal industry have continued striving to improve productivity while actively studying and following his example.
Since 2019, the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee has promoted the “Miner–Soldier” movement, translating the campaign of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s example into practical standards closely linked to each job position. Beyond recognising outstanding role models, the movement has brought about significant changes in the awareness and actions of officials, Party members, and workers. It has also contributed to achieving production and business targets while preserving the coal industry’s long-standing tradition of “Discipline and Unity”. The movement has also helped promote the sustainable development of the coal industry, making a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of Quang Ninh Province.
