A vibrant Floral Boulevard and Light Technology Space along the Ha Long Bay World Natural Heritage site, under the theme “Quang Ninh – Heritage Spring, Digital Wonder” has officially opened to residents and visitors during the Lunar New Year holiday. The event takes place from 15 to 22 February 2026 (the 28th day of the final lunar month to the 6th day of the Lunar New Year of the Horse).
Held at the Oct 30 Square – Quang Ninh Museum – Library complex in Ha Long Ward, the artistic space seamlessly blends vibrant spring blossoms with state-of-the-art lighting technology. The immersive displays vividly convey Quang Ninh’s core values: breathtaking nature, distinctive cultural identity, a civilized society, transparent governance, a dynamic economy and happy people.
Throughout the festival, visitors can enjoy a wide range of engaging activities, including live artistic performances, circus shows, traditional folk games, community sports exchanges and open-air music events.
As a radiant springtime rendezvous by the world-renowned bay, the event offers residents and travelers alike fresh, emotionally resonant experiences in the opening days of the new year.
