As a newly invested project aimed at strengthening connectivity for the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone as a whole and completing the road linking the Ha Long–Hai Phong Expressway with the Riverside Road towards Dong Trieu in particular, the road through Song Khoai Industrial Park is being implemented by the investor and contractors with coordinated measures to accelerate its completion.
The project to build the road through Song Khoai Industrial Park, completing the entire route connecting the Ha Long–Hai Phong Expressway with the Riverside Road towards Dong Trieu, is 6.5 kilometres long and has a total investment of nearly VND 1.239 trillion. The road is designed with six lanes for motor vehicles. After four months of construction, more than 80% of the required site area has been handed over.
Once completed, the road through Song Khoai Industrial Park will connect directly with the Ha Long–Hai Phong Expressway at the Ha Long Xanh interchange and with the Riverside Road at its junction with Provincial Road 338, thereby further improving connectivity infrastructure and promoting investment attraction for the development of Song Khoai Industrial Park, the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone and the entire western area of Quang Ninh.
