At the meeting, Quang Ninh’s Chairman Bui Van Khang praised Nebula Energy Group and its partners for their thorough site surveys and preparation of the project proposal. He instructed relevant departments and agencies to coordinate with the investor consortium in preparing a report for submission to the competent authorities on adjustments to the power development plan and to promptly review shared infrastructure requirements among projects included in the plan.
