From April 18 to 20, a famtrip delegation of 200 tourism stakeholders including representatives of media agencies, influencers, travel companies and event organizers nationwide conducted a survey of various tourism products and well-known tourism attractions and destinations in Quang Ninh Province.
During the first two days, the delegation was divided into two groups to explore Ha Long Bay’s tourism services, experience overnight cruises, visit Vung Vieng fishing village, survey the province’s 3–5 star hotel system. They also held discussions on developing interlinked tour programs. On the third day, the delegation experienced Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen, explored Dao ethnic culture, visited the Quang Ninh Museum, and joined a city tour.
Representatives of participating travel companies praised Quang Ninh’s high-end tourism offerings and expressed their surprise at a range of newly developed cultural products with strong local identity set to be launched soon. They committed to quickly developing suitable tour packages for the market, offering diverse and fresh experiences for visitors, particularly during the upcoming summer peak season. The famtrip also served as a platform for businesses to exchange feedback and collaborate on building joint tourism products, paving the way for tourism alliances and more effective use of integrated services from onshore attractions to bay-based experiences, and from indigenous culture to high-end resort tourism.
