On May 21, the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee held a conference to conduct an in-depth analysis of the province’s 2025 Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX), the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS), the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), and the Business Performance Index (BPI), while outlining key tasks for 2026.
Regarding efforts to improve the indicators, Quang Ninh’s Chairman Bui Van Khang requested stronger measures to enhance the investment and business environment and enhance the quality of economic governance. He also stressed the need to further develop the private sector and improve the province’s BPI, while strengthening monitoring, inspection and supervision of implementation results. The Provincial People’s Committee will regularly inspect and assess the implementation of these indicators, considering them as an important basis for evaluating the tast performance of departments, units and their leaders. On this occasion, the Provincial People’s Committee also granted awards to the departments with outstanding achievements in implementing the PAR INDEX, SIPAS, PCI and BPI indicators.
