Bai Chay Ward held an art program themed “Stepping Confidently into a New Era – Bai Chay Shines with Confidence” to celebrate the first anniversary of the implementation of Vietnam’s two-tier local government model. Vu Quyet Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, attended the event.
The program featured a series of performances celebrating the nation, the development of Quang Ninh Province, and Bai Chay Ward’s achievements across various sectors during the first year of operating under the two-tier local government model. Through a vibrant cultural showcase, the event promoted a spirit of optimism, solidarity and confidence while affirming Bai Chay Ward’s aspiration to become a green, prosperous, civilized and compassionate community, as well as a smart, modern, high-quality tourism and service center serving as a key hub in the national and international tourism network.
