Following the direction of central and provincial authorities, the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Authority (QEZA)has stepped up administrative reform efforts to facilitate business operations in industrial parks and economic zones, attract investment and enhance competitiveness.
Recognizing administrative reform as one of its key priorities, in line with decentralization and delegation of authority, QEZA has authorized heads of its departments to directly process and approve administrative procedures, significantly reducing processing time. Notably, it has put into operation a centralized one-stop administrative service unit at the Bac Luan II Bridge area belonging to Mong Cai International Border Gate to receive and process administrative procedures. In the coming period, the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Authority will continue promoting online public services and guiding enterprises to carry out administrative procedures electronically. It aims to maintain a reduction of at least 50 percent in administrative procedure processing time, thereby improving the investment environment, striving to attract US$1.7 billion in FDI in 2026, and contributing to economic growth of over 13 percent.
