According to the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 20,000 invitation tickets will be issued for the Ha Long Carnival 2026.
Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee will host the 2026 Summer Culture, Sports and Tourism Week, with Ha Long Carnival 2026 as the highlight under the theme “Ha Long Carnival 2026 – Wonders shining in the new era”. The event is scheduled to take place at 8:00 p.m. on April 30 at Oct 30 Square, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
The organising committee will issue 20,000 free tickets via the official online portal: https://quangninh.dangkyve.com. Registration will open at 8:00 p.m. on April 23 and will close once all tickets have been successfully claimed. Printed tickets will be collected by successful registrants from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 28–29 at the Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center, Tran Quoc Nghien street, Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
