The agreement aims to advance the development of the marine economy, enhance the quality and efficiency of port system operations, and promote investment to develop Con Ong - Hon Net Port into a green, internationally standardised port. The port is envisioned to adopt smart port models and integrate logistics, industrial, offshore support and maritime services.
