In the first seven months of 2026, Quang Ninh’s tourism sector continued to record positive growth.
Destinations across the province welcomed more than 15.1 million tourist arrivals, an increase compared to the same period last year, including over 3.1 million international tourist arrivals. Total tourism revenue was estimated at over VND 44.3 trillion, up 21%. To achieve its full-year tourism growth targets, the province is focusing on promoting international markets and developing night-time tourism and the heritage economy, while placing a strong emphasis on organising national- and international-scale events. Starting this August, a series of Miss World 2026 opening activities will be held to elevate the brand the Quang Ninh destination brand internationally.
