On July 22, receiving a delegation from the Lao Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairman Le Van Anh affirmed that Quang Ninh maintains effective cooperation with three northern Lao provinces and stands ready to share its development experience, particularly in industry and trade.

Lao Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce Phouthavanh Nanthavong noted that Quang Ninh’s models for resource management, industrial development and anti-smuggling efforts provided valuable experience for Laos to study and apply. He also expressed his hope that the two sides will further strengthen business connections, foster trade and bilateral import-export activities and expand tourism cooperation.
