The hotline number 0812 488 111 will officially be put into operation on January 1 2026. This will be the only official hotline of the Management Board, replacing the previous number 0911 619 066, according to the Ha Long Bay - Yen Tu World Heritage Management Board.
The new hotline will serve as a central channel for receiving and coordinating the handling of information related to security and safety, search and rescue, and the tourism service environment.
This measure is expected to help improve service quality, ensure safety and public order, and further enhance visitors’ experiences at sites under the Management Board’s supervision.
