On the morning of January 7, the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board granted the Investment Registration Certificate to medical supplies manufacturing plant project operated by the Winner Medical Vietnam.
The project will be constructed at the Texhong-Hai Ha Industrial Park, covering an area of more than 9.2 hectares with a total investment capital of more than 60.5 million USD. It will manufacture medical supplies and is expected to start operations in December 2027.
Earlier, during a working visit to Shanghai, Suzhou, and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) from December 15 to 18, 2025, on December 17, in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board, in coordination with the Consulate General of Vietnam in Nanning (China), organized a seminar on investment promotion in Quang Ninh. At the seminar, Nature Health Development International Co., Ltd. and Hai Ha Industrial Park Co., Ltd. signed an MOU on land leasing for the project.
The issuance of the Investment Registration Certificate in less than one month after the MOU demonstrates Quang Ninh’s proactive and investor-oriented approach, strong determination, and commitment to accompanying investors, particularly in attracting high-tech, high value-added industrial projects.
