An art project exhibition untitled “Coal and Stone” showcasing artworks of two local artists, Le Quang Cuong and Nguyen Viet Quang, was opened by the provincial Literature and Arts Association this morning, Oct. 14.
The exhibition was held in celebration of the success of the 15th provincial Party Congress, 2020-2025 term, and on the occasion of the 57th anniversary of the establishment of the province, October 30 (1963-2020).
The content and materials of 88 artworks vary widely within the overall theme of the rural life, family relations and the life of minority ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province. Of which, 44 coal statues are drawing the attention of various viewers.
As scheduled, the exhibition will run until the end of October, 2020.
