Inhabitants across the province on May 23 came to polling stations to cast ballots to elect deputies to the 15th National Assembly and all-level People's Councils .
On May 23, 1,438 polling stations in the province opened the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.
According to the Provincial Election Commission, by 19pm on March 23, 958,732 voters exercised the voting right at 1,438 polling stations in the province, reaching 99.95%.
The national election day is one of the most important political events in Viet Nam. This year, more than 69 million voters nationwide are expected to go to 84,767 polling stations to cast ballots to elect qualified candidates to the 15th National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils.
