Quang Ninh welcomes first tourists through Mong Cai border gate

Quang Ninh province welcomed the first group of tourists to "xông đất" (a traditional Vietnamese custom of visiting a place at the beginning of a new year for luck) through Mong Cai border gate on February 10, or the first day of the Lunar New Year.
