On June 17, Quang Ninh’s Chairman Bui Van Khang hosted a reception for Vice President of the German Bundestag, Bodo Ramelow during his working visit to Quang Ninh.
At the meeting, Quang Ninh’s Chairman Bui Van Khang provided the Vice President of of the German Bundestag with an overview of Quang Ninh’s key strengths, development orientation and recent socio-economic achievements. He also stressed that the province places great importance on expanding international cooperation and maintaining an open, transparent and favourable investment environment for foreign investors, including German enterprises.
Expressing his impression on Quang Ninh’s development achievements, Vice President of the German Bundestag Bodo Ramelow highly appreciated the province’s development orientation. He affirmed his commitment to promoting cooperation and exchanges between German local authorities, organisations and businesses and Quang Ninh province in areas of mutual interest, thereby contributing to further strengthening the friendship and cooperation between the Germany and Viet Nam in the coming time.
