Quang Ninh currently has 237 active FDI projects, of which 165 operate in industrial parks and economic zones.
The manufacturing and processing sector alone has attracted 152 projects, serving as a vital driver for economic restructuring and job creation. FDI enterprises currently employ around 50,600 workers, including around 12,000 from outside the province. The average monthly income stands at around VND 9.4 million per worker, while social insurance coverage has reached 97.1%. Many enterprises have gradually developed stable working environments through policies supporting workers’ living conditions.
