To create a more open and business-friendly trading environment and further promote import - export activities, the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Authority has launched a one-stop administrative service unit at Bac Luan II Border Gate (belonging to the Mong Cai International Border Gate).
The unit is located on the second floor at the Bac Luan II Border Gate Office Complex. The deployment of full personnels helps ensure the prompt reception, guidance and processing of administrative procedures for businesses and people. Efforts to strengthen the application of information technology and digitise administrative procedures continue to be implemented, laying the foundation for a professional, transparent and efficient working environment.
These initiatives also contribute to the gradual development of Mong Cai International Border Gate into a modern, smart and model border gate, as well as a major logistics and international trade hub in northern Vietnam. Since the beginning of 2026, import-export turnover through Bac Luan II Border Gate has exceeded USD 2.6 billion, up 19 per cent year-on-year. State budget revenue has surpassed VND 1.6 trillion, marking a 64 per cent increase compared to the same period last year.
