According to the Quang Ninh Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Agency, during the 11 days from August 27 to September 6, the OCOP Fair and Food Space on Tran Quoc Nghien Street in Ha Long ward attracted more than 127,000 residents and tourists for sightseeing and shopping, generating a record VND 29.62 billion in revenue.
OCOP booths and stalls featuring distinctive local agricultural products alone generated VND 28.2 trillion in revenue, affirming the appeal of the Quang Ninh OCOP brand and clean agricultural products. In the coming period, OCOP fairs will continue to be organised on a larger scale, combining trade and tourism while adding entertainment and food zones, turning the OCOP Fair into an attractive experiential destination for tourists.
