On November 23, a walking event themed “Steps along the heritage shoreline” was held on the coastal road of Ky Quan in Bai Chay ward to celebrate the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations for the 2025-2030 term, as well as the successful 16th Provincial Party Congress.
The program attracted nearly 10,000 participants, including officers and soldiers of the armed forces, civil servants, union members, youth, students, residents, tourists, and businesses.
Taking part in the walk, participants covered a 4-kilometer route along Ky Quan Boulevard, from Sun Carnival Square to the SunsetBay Coffee area in Bai Chay Ward.
The event was not only a community sports activity, but also contributed to promoting the movement “All people exercise following Uncle Ho’s example” and the spirit of “Staying strong to build and defend the nation.” It encouraged the formation of a daily walking habit and strengthened solidarity between the armed forces and the community in jointly safeguarding security and social order in a new phase of development.
Each step represented a meaningful action and a powerful message, demonstrating unity, dynamism, and the aspiration to rise, contributing to the goal of building Bai Chay into an ecological, prosperous, civilized, and compassionate ward.
The event left a strong impression as it combined physical activity with a spirit of solidarity and determination among the people in building and protecting the nation, while helping to promote the image of Bai Chay to visitors.
