As part of the opening events of Miss World 2026 in Quang Ninh, more than 100 contestants representing countries and territories will arrive in the province on August 8 and 9.
On the evening of August 9, Quang Ninh province will host a welcome reception for the contestants. The highlight of the series of activities will be the “Welcome Miss World to Quang Ninh - Viet Nam” programme, scheduled for 8 p.m. on August 11 at Ha Long Marina Beach Square. During their programme in Quang Ninh, the contestants will take part in charitable activities and local cultural experiences while helping promote the beauty of the Ha Long Bay World Natural Heritage Site. The Miss World events in Quang Ninh will run through August 12.
